Deangelo grew up chasing the sound of a bat on a ball and the roar of a Friday night crowd. Sports weren’t a hobby — they were a way of belonging, a way of learning who you are when the score is close and the clock is ticking down.
After high school he answered a different call and enlisted in the United States military. Service taught him what the field could only hint at: excellence is a habit, details matter, and the people beside you deserve your absolute best.
Today he still competes year-round on travel softball teams across the country — batting, base-running, and studying the gear he wears with an obsessive eye. TossUpSports is the natural next inning: a company built by someone actually in the uniform, for the teams who wear it.
